The client is a mid-sized family-owned chemical company, now in its third generation. With a rich history and a strong tradition of excellence, the company prides itself on maintaining high standards in product quality and innovation. The challenge

Chemische Industrie Erlangen B´GmbH faced the dual challenge of needing a comprehensive digital transformation and a cohesive corporate design. They required a robust strategy to digitize their processes and integrate new technologies to improve efficiency and customer engagement. Additionally, they needed a distinctive and unified corporate design to reflect their brand identity and values consistently across all platforms.

The solution

The project involves an ongoing digital transformation strategy, beginning with a thorough analysis of the client’s current processes to pinpoint areas for improvement. I am implementing the digitalization plan incrementally, which includes introducing new software solutions, process automation, and data integration systems in stages. Concurrently, I am developing a corporate design that reflects the brand’s essence.
